I started working in design and architectural studies since I was a college student in 2012. Having graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Master’s Degree in Architecture, I've managed to create, enhance and improve ideas to solve everyday problems through design.
My Story
Actively working in Design Studios & Architectural firms has helped me acquire and develop the tools and skills necessary to work on a range of projects from concept design to construction work. I also have extensive experience in graphic and photo manipulation, model development, and construction document production through Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Besides working as an architectural designer, I am the founder and Creative Director of Barkito de Papel, a graphic design studio that offers branding, logo design, consulting, and social media management services to small businesses as a way to find, build or transform their brand identity to transition to a virtual environment during the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. The reason? I love getting people excited about things I'm excited about. And that’s design.
I am also a Creative Consultant living and working in San Juan, Puerto Rico. My areas of focus are logo design, illustration, concept design, and brand identity. As a Creative Consultant, and director at Barkito de Papel I have worked with clients in an array of industries such as arts, commerce, education, financial services, food, healthcare, electrical engineering, media, and retail. In 2020 and 2021, we completed over 150 designs.

When I'm not hand drawing, doodling new ideas on my iPad, or working on my “project car”, I love to just spend time together with my family and my cute little golden doodle puppy.
